IEEE

The IEEE has a working group for Public-Key Cryptography401, P1363, whose goal is the creation of assorted standards documents, including those for traditional public-key cryptography, including digital signatures and key establishment algorithms (RSA, DSA, Diffie-Hellman, and the newest, elliptical curve).
