• CertiGuide to A+ (Operating Systems) Now Online: I have just added my fourth CertiGuide: the CertiGuide to A+ Operating Systems Technology (220-302). This is the second in the three-CertiGuide series on A+ that will be published here. The first was the guide to the A+ Hardware test, published a month ago, and the third will be the brand new "A+ 4Real" e-book, which provides much more detailed information to help you pass the tough A+ exam.
  
  Note: This CertiGuide was originally designed for the 2003 beta exam, 220-232. It covers the current 2003 hardware exam objectives when combined with the "A+ 4Real" CertiGuide, which should be available in early February, 2005.

• CertiGuide to A+ (Core Hardware) Now Online: I have added my third CertiGuide to the site: the CertiGuide to A+ Core Hardware (220-301). This is the first of a set of three CertiGuides on A+ that will be published here on CertiGuide. The second will be the guide to the A+ Operating System test, and the third will be the brand new "A+ 4Real" e-book, which provides much more detailed information to help you pass the tough A+ exam.

• Network+ 2005 Beta Study Guide Available: CompTIA has begun beta-testing its new 2005 Network+ exam revision. To help those who are taking the beta exam, or who just want to get a head start on the new objectives, Tcat Houser, Gudrun Funk and Ian Kayne have joined forces to create "Mapping the Network+ 2005 Beta Exam". It is not published here on CertiGuide.com, but you can get it at StudyExam4Less for only $9!

• CertiGuide to Security+ Now Online: When I launched the site last week I said more CertiGuides were "coming soon" -- well, I wasn't kidding! J I'm pleased to announce the arrival of the CertiGuide to Security+ (SY0-101), adapted from the excellent e-book by Tcat Houser and several other authors. Revised just a few months ago, this CertiGuide contains hundreds of pages of essential material to help you learn what you need to pass your Security+ exam. It is written in an easy-to-read style that directly follows the Security+ objectives. It includes hundreds of links to additional online resources, and features a 100-question practice exam with answers and explanations. Anyone who wants to learn about modern network security should read this CertiGuide, even if they aren't planning to take the Security+ test..

• Partnership with StudyExam4Less.com: I discovered after I started CertiGuide.com that PDF versions of the materials I am providing here are already being marketed by another Web site, StudyExam4Less.com, which has an arrangement with my licensed authors. We all decided that it makes more sense to have these documents be sold from a single location. For this reason, I will no longer by selling PDF versions of the CertiGuides, Instead, I will refer those of you who are interested in downloadable versions to that site. The material is the same except for minor format and editorial differences.

• Launch of Site and First CertiGuide! Today marks the official launch of CertiGuide.com, including the first CertiGuide: the CertiGuide to Network+ (N10-002), adapted from the great e-book written by Helen O'Boyle and Tcat Houser. It includes hundreds of pages of educational material as well as over 300 sample test questions and answers. I hope you find it useful!
