XI Cable Summary

The NETWORK+ test requires that you have a solid understanding of cable names, the type, maximum length, and data rate. The following tables illustrate a fairly complete list.

Test Success

You are strongly encouraged to create tables in your own handwriting of all the cable details that are bolded, until you can do it from memory. You cannot bring in any material to the test center, however you can get blank paper and pencils. Before you start your test, write your memorized chart.
