Emptying the Recycle Bin
When you choose to empty the Recycle
Bin (which permanently deletes ALL ITEMS in the Recycle Bin),
you will see one more window popping up to ask you “if you are
sure you want to delete those items?”

 Recycle Bin Deletions
Once deleted from the Recycle Bin the item cannot be restored. Delete or empty a file from the Recycle Bin and it is permanently deleted! This is because all associated entries in the FAT (file allocation Table) are deleted.
