When we choose the open command from "My Computer" we will see all the floppy, hard drives and cd-rom drives represented by icons. We can also click on the folders there for printers, the Control Panel, networking and the task scheduler in Windows 9x. In Windows 2000 we see all of the drives and have links to click on for networking and the control panel Double-clicking on any of these drives or folders will take us directly to the options or contents.
