System Properties

This area of the Control Panel is most familiar to those who are experienced at troubleshooting. This feature is where most all conflicts, driver issues and configuration issues are solved. At the least this is the place to begin.

To explore System Properties, we go to the Control Panel, then double-click on System (right-click once to use the open menu). Figure 68 appears.

Clicking on any of these icons will expand the menu to more information about the device and bring up windows we can troubleshoot through.
