IX Startup Configuration There are several ways to view the startup configuration of your computer. For the purposes of this discussion we shall view how to look at the settings in Windows 98. Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, then System tools, then System information, then System configuration utility. From here, choose the Startup tab. Notice that we can also view the other critical information files here by TABbing to each bit of information we desire. In the startup folder we can select how we want programs to start. Note: We can also arrange this information in Explorer.
