How to Get There From Here There are other navigational basics we need to have before we move on to the other major components of an OS. We already learned a bit about My Computer. If we go back to the My Computer icon on the desktop we see that by right clicking we have other choices from the context menu that appears. We can change the name of our computer; we can find the details about our computer in properties. The other choices, some of which youve seen on other menus when youve right-clicked on desktop items, are:
As with other desktop menu actions, we can use each of these choices by highlighting the choice (or placing our cursor over the desired option) and clicking -- right or left click of the mouse is ok here. Each of the choices is designed to get us where we want to go and if we do not know where something is located we can use a navigation process to look around and try to find it and then get there.
