Creating a Folder in the Split Display Window

Another way to create a new folder in Explorer is to go to the File menu and select New, as we see in the example below. As when you create a file from the Windows Desktop, selecting File -> New brings up a submenu of different types of files that you can create.

Arranging the Start menu

Start menu programs can also be arranged in Explorer by going to the Start menu and dragging the start folders to arrange the order they will appear.
