Satellite Preconditions to offer Internet services through the satellite were the increased requirements of transmission quality from customers combined with the challenge for providers to serve customers in remote regions with absence of the advanced telecommunication infrastructure. The idea to unite two widely widespread systems: individual satellite TV and access in Internet, has appeared so successful, that in a speedy timeline both individual satellite systems and complex decisions in scale of city were developed and introduced. The transfer of the information through the satellite channel is currently the compromise between rather slow and poor-quality modem connection and a rather expensive connection through dedicated line. Due to availability for receiving of the information of the high-speed satellite channel, the user receives an opportunity to consume practically unlimited volumes of the information and there is access of a wide set of services for him, which was impossible to take advantage earlier because of high-speed restrictions.
