This tool collects system information such as installed hardware, drivers, resources they use. It is a kind of “all the information on one place” tool. You can easily search this database, it’s well organized and you have a find option in new versions. It will show you conflicts, but all the information is read only. You cannot change anything if it doesn’t count that can call other troubleshooting tools from the menu. All the information it collects can be easily exported to a file, which is excellent for technical support duties. Technical support personnel will know the user’s both hardware and software environment at the time, if it gets it saved in .NFO file! You can even directly connect to the remote computer and get this information.
