Control Panel Causes an Error When Opened
Applications can add icons beside
system ones to Control Panel by adding a special kind of .DLL binary
executable files to Windows system directory CPL files. CPL
file works in conjunction with .CPI, which is just as an information
file. If Control Panel causes an error every time it is being opened,
a badly written .CPL file is the cause.
