About the Authors (Page 2 of 3) Ian Kayne Occupation: Ian is the founder and director of Senser Limited, a UK based IT security and consultancy company. He holds the position of Expert Advisor, IT Security within the European Expert Network, and has been invited to speak at many conferences and events, including for the Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce. He loves working in the security field, especially with large enterprise networks. In his spare time he codes in C++, win32asm and some other languages, hacks out DirectX 3D graphics code and reverse engineers code for fun. He also has a large tropical fish aquarium, which has absolutely nothing to do with computers but does mean he can only spend 25 hours a day in front of a computer. Certifications: MCT, MCDBA, MCSA, MCAD Occupation: George is a control systems technician in a high-speed manufacturing facility in Texas. He started doing digits in 1976 as a satellite communications technician in the submarine service, USN. A Senior member of the Instrumentation, Systems & Automation Society, George is a strong proponent of continuing professional development and certification. He has been riding the same Harley-Davidson for 22 years, everyday. Certifications: A+, Network+, Server+, I-Net+, Linux+, HTI+, eBiz+, CETsr, CST, CNST, CNCT, CCNT, CCTT, CFOT, ISA CCST3 Comments: George finds joy playing with his dogs, his ducks or carving blue tile in an empty swimming pool.
